One of our families favourite dishes and it really is so easy to make. The extra garlic gives it a lovely boost of flavour.
Ingredients
Curry Masala (see masala recipe) 4 chicken breasts halved or chicken pieces 3 cloves of garlic 1 tsp garam masala powder Half cup of fresh coriander
Method
Make up the curry masala, see previous recipe.
Add in the chicken pieces and garlic. Add some water about half mug full and cook for 20-30 minutes stirring occasionally or until cooked. Add more water if required to stop the masala sticking or burning.
Before serving add in the garam masala and fresh coriander.
