Curry Masala (see masala recipe)
4 chicken breasts halved or chicken pieces
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp garam masala powder
Half cup of fresh coriander
- Make up the curry masala, see previous recipe.
- Add in the chicken pieces and garlic. Add some water about half mug full and cook for 20-30 minutes stirring occasionally or until cooked. Add more water if required to stop the masala sticking or burning.
- Before serving add in the garam masala and fresh coriander.
