Tzaziki Dip

This is a delightful and refreshing dip and a great way to increase your intake of raw garlic!

Ingredients

4 tblsp of plain yoghurt
2 clove garlic, chopped
About a quarter cucumber grated or finely chopped
Salt and Pepper

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve!
