Salmon Curry

This is a really nice fish curry recipe and you can either use fresh salmon or tinned.

 Curry Masala (see masala recipe)
 400 g Tin of Salmon (pink or red)
 1 tsp garam masala powder
 Half cup of fresh coriander

Make up the curry masala.

Clean the salmon removing skin and bones. Mix the fish into the curry masala and heat for 5 mins or until heated through.

Before serving add in the garam masala and fresh coriander.
