We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’ve made the process simple and fair.
Please return any unopened items in the original condition and wrapping within our guaranteed 21 days return period.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning items, and use tracked services on larger parcels. Please note we do not refund post and packaging costs.
To start a return contact us at shop@clinicnaturae.com. Once we’ve approved your return you can then return your items to us. We do not accept returned items without approval.
We do not accept returns on any of the following items:
Any product that has been opened (where the safety seal on the cap has been broken)
Custom or prescription products (orders made up just for you)
Personal care goods
Upon receiving your parcel we recommend you check your items and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong items. We ask that you send us a photograph of the items and packaging and keep the packaging until the issues are resolved.
We generally do not offer exchanges unless otherwise agreed.
Once you have received approval to return your items please follow the steps below.
1 Ensure items are unopened and in their original condition.
2 Include a note stating your name, address, order number, reason for the return and specify if you would like a refund or exchange.
3 Return items to Clinic Naturae Limited, 4 Black Swan Court, 69 Westgate Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE1 1SG.
4 Please obtain proof of postage incase items are lost in the post. We recommend tracked delivery on larger parcels.
5 Once we have received your return in the original unopened condition, we will refund you for the full amount. We aim to process any returns within 7 working days upon receipt. Please allow extra time for your bank to process your refund.
6 You will be notified via email when any refunds have been processed or when replacement products have been shipped.
